Amster is an energetic & refined type created by Francisco Gálvez, with a powerful concept on how refinement & austerity can meet harmoniously.

Amster can build a text that is highly readable and friendly. It has five weights of roman & cursive. Amster Pro (only available at PampaType.com) is fully equipped with all OT sorts such as roman & cursive smallcaps, 2 kinds of swashes, smart ornaments, and more.

There is also a wonderful set of illuminated initials, Amster Versal Iluminada. All Amster fonts include diacritics coverage for more than 200 languages. Its style makes Amster a very versatile family, allowing for a wide range of uses: screen to print, small text to display, science to poetry.

Amster was prized at two different editions of the Tipos Latinos biennale (2008 & 2014) and is as a Typographica favorite of 2014.
