Briskly

This new handwritten font comes amidst a snowstorm of seemingly similar offerings. But, there is a major difference. Briskly is a font which not only has a full set of ASCII characters. But, it also has an actual baseline, x-height, cap height, ascender and descender—normal font metrics. In addition, several of the lesser used ASCII characters have been replaced by graphics and specialized bullets for use in ePUBs and on Websites.

It’s not so much loose and free as it is brisk and expressive. For its genre, it’s very legible, even readable. In most ways, this is a practical production font for experienced professionals. It’s not a fashion statement.
