TALKING PICTURE JNL

Designed by Jeff Levine, Talking Picture JNL is an art nouveau and display slab font family. This typeface has two styles and was published by Jeff Levine Fonts.

In a vintage photograph, promotional signage outside an old theater for the 1929 early sound film “The Doctor’s Secret” had lettering in a wide, bold Art Nouveau slab serif design.

This was the model for Talking Picture JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.
