School Cursive

School Cursive is a font family for handwriting instruction. It is inspired by the style found in handwriting curricula common in the United States since the 1970’s. School Cursive fonts are fully connected: all lowercase letters form correct and fluent connections to all other lowercase letter.  The connections from letters like ‘b’, ‘v’, ‘w’ and ‘o’ don’t dip low as is the case in many older fonts, but stay close to the midline, just as is taught to children in cursive handwriting instruction.

The font family provides everything you need to create your own handwriting worksheets and workbooks: a base font, lined fonts (with baseline, midline and headline), dotted fonts for tracing, and fonts with arrows to help students with correct letter formation.
