Designed by Richard Starkings and John Roshell, Dutch Courage Ale is an art deco font family. This typeface has six styles and was published by Comicraft.

Citizens of Astro City, the time has come! Comicraft’s Dutch Masters have remastered the fonts which lend Kurt Busiek’s ASTRO CITY from Image Comics its Classic Clean typographical style. You can’t say Astro City and Art Deco in the same sentence unless it’s typeset with Dutch Courage’s bold geometric shapes, streamlined forms, and optimistic letters!

Sharp 1920s style “Dutch Courage Ale” is a family of five weights—including fresh extrabolds “Porter” & “Stout”—with a variable font to select any point between.  Each weight includes four sets of stylistic alternates for a barrelful of delicious options!
